Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree (required)

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or in a similar managerial role.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• In-depth knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation protocols, and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the housekeeping staff, ensuring optimal team performance.

• Conduct training sessions to educate staff on up-to-date cleaning protocols and safety procedures.

• Manage daily housekeeping operations, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

• Develop, implement, and oversee cleaning schedules and procedures.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of supplies.

• Perform regular inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.

• Enforce hospital sanitation protocols and cleanliness compliance.
